The small print, in plain English
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes - plans are rolling, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for ten months, get twelve - Growth works out at £15.83/month, Pro at £32.50/month. Billed once a year, cancel before renewal.
What counts as a verified visit?
One successful stamp between a real customer and your business - a staff scan, a Live Till QR self-stamp or a Counter QR self-stamp - counted once per customer per day. (If a camera will not read a card, a team member can type the member code instead; that is still a staff scan.) Joining alone doesn't use one; the first validated stamp does. Handing over a reward is not a visit and never uses one: earn and redeem on the same day is that day's one visit, and a customer who only comes in to redeem uses none. QR opens, app opens, failed or duplicate scans, your own team and demo data never count, and a reversed mistake gives the visit back.
What happens when the 50 free visits are used?
7 days of grace to pick Growth or Pro - nothing is charged unless you set it up. After that, NEW validations pause gracefully: customers see the programme as paused (never an error), rewards they already earned stay redeemable, and your cards, reward history, sign-in and export all keep working.
Can Growth run two locations?
Yes. Growth includes 1 location, and you can add up to 4 more at £9/month each (£90/year each when billed yearly) - 5 locations in all - from Billing in your dashboard, pro-rated onto your next invoice. Each extra location gets its own address, hours, till codes and staff scope on the same loyalty card. If you also want the complete business toolkit, Pro (£39/month) includes up to 5 locations per business as standard.
Is VAT added?
Prices are in pounds sterling. We're not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged - if that changes we'll tell you before it applies.
