Loyalty is free for you
The businesses pay for the platform. Joining, collecting and redeeming rewards never needs a subscription or card details. A few optional extras - like gift vouchers - are paid, and always clearly priced before you buy.
Every shop stays its own
Café stamps work at the café, and nowhere else. Cards sit together; rewards never mix. It's not a payment card and holds no money.
Your inbox, your rules
Messages only come from shops you've said yes to. Change your mind per shop, any time - and view, export or delete your data whenever.
The things members ask us
Do I need to download an app or make an account?
No. Scanning a shop's Join QR creates your card on the spot - no download, no password. That first card is a guest card: add your email within 30 days to keep it and carry it to any device. Signing back in later uses a six-digit code we email you by default; you can also set an optional password, or sign in with Google or Apple.
Is it a payment card?
No. It never holds money and never touches a payment - it just remembers your stamps and points so you don't have to.
Will I get spammed?
Only shops you've said yes to can message you, and you can change your mind per shop, any time. We take PECR and your inbox seriously.
What happens to my data?
The shop you join controls its own member list; we run the platform for them. We ask for the least we need, never sell your details, and you can view, export or delete your data whenever you like.
