Turn first-time visitors into regulars.
The Coco Card is your shop's loyalty card on your customers' phones — no app to download, no new hardware, nothing to install. They join in 15 seconds at the till, you own the list of regulars it builds, and every Monday you get the numbers in pounds.
One scan, and they're a regular
No paper cards, no app, no new hardware. Just the QR stand on your counter doing the work — and the platform doing the remembering.
They join in 15 seconds
They scan the counter QR and they're a member before their coffee's poured — no app, no sign-up form, no fuss.
Their card lives on their phone
In Apple & Google Wallet or right in their browser — stamps fill live at the till, and it never goes through the wash.
You bring them back
Win-backs go out when a regular goes quiet, birthday treats land on the day, and every Monday you get the numbers in pounds.
Tap the card. Watch it fill.
This is the moment your customers love — a stamp lands, they're one closer, and they come back for the next. Give it a go: add a few stamps, hit the reward, redeem it.
- Switch between a stamp card and a points card
- Fill it up, unlock the reward, redeem and reset
- Exactly what lands on your customer's phone
See it living on your counter
No card machine to buy, no tablet to prop up. Just a little QR kit that makes your shop part of the card — on the counter, in the window, and on the till screen when it's busy.
A two-second stamp your regulars love
Staff scan the customer's QR from any phone — or the customer scans your till. Either way it's a tap, a stamp, and a little “ooh, nearly there” moment that brings them back.
A standee by the till
A neat acrylic standee sits by your till. Customers scan it and they're a member in about 15 seconds — no app, no form.
A sticker on the door
A vinyl sticker for the window or door, so regulars and passers-by know your shop is on the Coco Card.

Flip to a self-serve QR
Rush hour? Turn your till screen to a QR that rotates every minute — customers stamp themselves, and nobody can cheat it.
Scan, tap, done — about 15 seconds
No forms, no account to set up, no app-store download. Here's every step your customer takes, from spotting the QR to a stamped card in their Wallet.

Set up the loyalty that fits your shop
Stamps, points, visits, tiers, birthdays, referrals — pick what suits you, in your own colours. Each programme runs entirely on its own; nothing is shared or transferable between businesses.
The classic coffee card, digital. A stamp per drink, a free one on the house at the end — and no more “I forgot my card”.
Reward the habit, not the spend. A stamp per visit and a treat that brings them back for the next one.
Points suit shops with a mixed basket. They add up quietly and cash in for a reward you choose.
Unlock better perks as visits add up. Your most loyal members feel it — and have a reason to stay that way.
Sent automatically, on the day, with their consent — the little touch that makes a local feel like theirs.
Your regulars are your best marketing. Reward the introduction and let word of mouth do the rest.
Every programme runs on its own — a customer's stamps and points stay with the shop that gave them, and never transfer between businesses.
Loyalty that works with whatever you've already got
The Coco Card doesn't need a new website, an app, or new hardware. Keep your site, your booking, your till exactly as they are. One counter QR feeds your card, your win-backs and your Monday report — and the member list it builds is yours to keep. Set up, branded and run for you, by one person you can actually phone.
Illustrative dashboard — figures shown are a sample layout, not live data.
Everything that keeps them coming back
15-second joins
One counter QR. No app download, no form — the fastest join in the market, because friction kills loyalty programmes.
Rotating till QR
Rush hour? Flip the till screen to a self-serve QR that rotates every minute — customers stamp themselves, fraud can't.
The Regulars Report
Every Monday, in pounds: who came back, who's slipping, and what the card protected. Proof, not promises.
Win-back autopilot
A regular goes quiet for three weeks and we nudge them back automatically — consent done right, never spammy.
Your brand, front and centre
Your name, your colours, your logo on the card in their Wallet. The Coco mark is there; your shop is the hero.
A list you own
Every member is yours to keep — export it any time, no platform lock-in, cancel whenever.
Sample report — illustrative figures, not live data.
The report that proves it's working
No dashboards you'll never open. One push notification every Monday morning with last week's numbers — in pounds, not vanity metrics. It's how you'll know the card pays for itself.
Every local favourite, in your pocket
Join with a scan, show a QR at the till, and discover more local spots nearby — on the app, or straight from the web with nothing to download. These are the real screens.
See it in action
A real recording of the app — every membership in your wallet, discover local spots on the map, your card at the till, and rewards tracked automatically.

Same card, straight from the browser
Tap the counter QR and the real card opens in the web app — home, wallet card and local discover, no install. These are the actual screens your customers see.

Stop paying to print loyalty you can't even measure
The average independent spends £200–450 a year printing punch cards — and still can't tell you who stopped coming in. Here's the same loyalty, on your customers' phones, that also tells you what's working.
£200–450 a year on loyalty you can't measure — versus £0 until your first 25 members, then £19/month for a card that runs the win-backs and proves itself in pounds. No setup fee, cancel any time.

Loyalty done properly, and privately
The Coco Card is built UK-first, with GDPR and PECR in mind. Here's the shape of it, in plain English.
Consent, asked for properly
Members opt in when they join, and marketing messages only go out with permission. Opting out is one tap, any time — as PECR requires.
The shop is the controller
Each business controls its own member list and decides how it's used. The Third Coconut is the processor — we run the platform, we don't own or sell the customers.
We ask for the least we need
Usually just enough to hold your card and, if you've opted in, to message you. No card numbers, no payment data — it isn't a payment card.
Access, export, delete
Customers can view, export or delete their data; businesses can export or remove members. Your rights are yours, and easy to use.
Every shop's data stays its own — members and rewards are never pooled or shared between businesses.
The things shop owners ask us first
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract, ever. It's free until your first 25 members, then £19/mo (up to 250 members) or £39/mo if you want the card out finding people for you — rolling, cancel any time. Want it designed and set up for you? That's an optional £99 one-off, never required. And it's free to see: we'll design a mockup in your name before you pay a penny.
Do I have to print or ship anything?
Just stand one QR on your counter — that's it, no reprints ever, and no NFC tags to wait for in the post. If you'd like a proper branded QR stand, window sticker and staff card posted to you, the printed counter kit is £39 one-off.
Will my staff need training?
No. They scan a customer's QR from any phone — that's the whole job. At the rush you can flip the till screen to a self-serve QR and customers stamp themselves, so there's nothing for staff to do at all.
What stops people cheating the stamps?
Stamps are added by your staff, or through a till QR that rotates every 60 seconds — so a screenshot can't be reused and nobody can stamp themselves twice. Something a paper card, frankly, can't stop.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They join in about 15 seconds from the counter QR — straight into Apple or Google Wallet, or their browser. There's a lovely app for the customers who want it, but it's never required to join or collect stamps.
Can my rewards be used at other shops?
No — and that's by design. Every business runs its own rewards, kept completely separate. A customer might keep your card next to the barber's in the same app, but your stamps are yours: they never transfer between shops.
Is the customer list mine to keep?
Yes — every member you sign up is yours. You're the data controller; export the whole list any time, with no lock-in. If you ever leave, you take your regulars with you.
Do I need my own website for this to work?
Not at all — the Coco Card works alongside any website, or none. If you also need the website, Google profile and booking sorted, The Third Coconut does all of that and includes the card free.
